”Operation Northern Comfort is a volunteer, non-profit organization based in Central New York. ONC provides labor and resources for construction and repair to improve the living environments of people in need.”
Operation Northern Comfort has no paid staff and welcomes volunteers of all skill and experience level; no job is ever too small. Bringing together college
