7105 New Tampa — Progress Update
A month into this warehouse-and-office build-out in New Tampa, FL, progress has been strong.
Along the way, our team caught a few opportunities to add value beyond the plans: we called out waslls that needed furring to conceil conduit runs before they'd be left exposed in the finished office space, repositioned warehouse light switches to stay within sight of the fixtures they control, and relocated the bathroom exhaust to tie into an existing roof pe*******on instead of cutting a new one into the tilt panel.
We also reused an abandoned RTU opening for the new compressor unit, clearing out abandoned equipment that was leaking into conduits, tightening up the building envelope, and avoiding efficiency losses from running the compressor over 150 feet from the air handler.
We timely coordinated these improvements with ownership and the design team.
Structural steel was wrapped in drywall to create clean, finished columns and soffits.
This is the kind of coordination we bring to every job; this is building beyond plans, thinking through the details before they become expensive to fix later.
