Every level has a purpose. 🌴

What started as an empty canvas in Odessa, FL became a custom waterfront deck designed around the way the homeowner wanted to enjoy the space.

Working together on the layout, Matan created a connected outdoor living area where the deck flows into the existing dock, with different elevations that serve as comfortable steps and places to sit, relax, and enjoy the view.

The new deck features MoistureShield decking in Cathedral Stone, matching the dock for a cohesive look throughout.

It's the thoughtful details that make a custom design feel right.

The backyard was right there. There just wasn't a way down.

This Tampa Bay home had a small balcony off the bedroom, but no stairs connecting it to the yard below. Getting outside meant taking the long way around the house.

The solution was straightforward: expand the small balcony and build a new staircase that creates a direct connection to the backyard.

Built with pressure-treated wood and a custom horizontal railing, it's a relatively focused project that completely changes how this part of the home can be used.

Sometimes better outdoor living isn't about building something huge. It's about solving the problem that's been there all along.

As we take on more waterfront decks and docks this season, we’ve perfected the rope railing system. It’s straightforward, cost-effective, and adds that classic marine aesthetic to your deck or dock.
