Sometimes the path into this industry starts long before the title ever does.

For Robert, it started with learning from an old-school plumber in Riverview who showed him how to do things the right way. Later, Bob and Pat saw something bigger and encouraged him to get licensed and help build the plumbing division at AVID.

But even before that, the work ethic was already there. Lessons from family, hands-on experience, and learning to take care of business early on helped shape the way he approaches the trade today.

Around here, plumbing is more than a job. It’s about doing the work right, staying ready, and showing up when it matters.
