Customer had leak after leak with repairs and after only 25 years it was time for a new tile roof. The short life was due to yearly soft washes as the chemicals that are used have chlorine in them and cause the screws to rust and ultimately break away allowing spots for water intrusion. No more leaks with this one as the new roof goes on.

Customer had a water softener installed two weeks ago and they kept the old drain piping to the interior of the home intake and didn’t inspect it, well…. The line broke a coupling above the laundry send a 100 gallons of water through ceiling and everywhere causing thousands of dollars in damage.

When replacing old equipment always check all of your old piping, electrical and seals to ensure they are in good working order a simple 10 minute check could have saved thousands of dollars.
