I was the project manager lead on this project. Myself with my team of a building superintendent, site superintendent and my assistant pm took this building out of the ground and had it topped out and dried in within 8 months!!! This is a podium post tension slab building! 30 plus million dollar project, with site work and infrastructure.

From raw land I took this entire project out of the gound to completion!!! Every client can be assured that I will personally take care of constructing their investments, the very best it can be done, each and every step of the way!!!
