And it sure ain’t overnight success.

It’s waking up before the sun comes up
and getting home after it goes down.

It’s working in the heat, the cold, the rain
because if you don’t show up… nothing moves.

It’s answering calls while you’re on a skid steer.
Returning messages late at night.
Trying to keep customers happy while carrying the weight of everything on your back.

It’s payroll.
It’s insurance.
It’s fuel prices.
It’s breakdowns at the worst possible time.

It’s people telling you you’re ‘too expensive’…
while they have no idea what it takes just to stay in business.

It’s missed time with family.

And pressure most people would fold under.
