It's been a busy summer! Sorry, I've been slacking on posting some of the projects.
This deck turned out spectacular!
We removed the old treated decking, changed the layout of the steps and installed Trex Toasted Sand decking, Westbury railing and Hoft privacy fence system.

Bathroom #2
Removed the heaviest cast iron tub in the world....
Removed the tile, vinyl floor, vanity. Saved the mirror that was a present between grandparents 50 years ago.
Leveled the floor again. Installed Kerdi shower system.
Hexagon tile, beautiful 12x24 wall tile.
Wood look vinyl plank flooring.
Beautiful sage green vanities. Quartz countertop and custom made mirror frame. Barn doors and new linen closet door.

Good morning from not so sunny Florida!
It's been a while since I've posted any pictures of the projects I've been working on.
I finished two bathrooms at the same house.
1st one: we removed the tile, 1" thick concrete, plaster, lathe from the walls and ceiling. Concrete on the floor just to find out the floor was 1" out of level over 4'. Self leveler it is!
I raised the ceiling, installed an exhaust fan.
Installed Kerdi shower system, octagon floor tile, subway tile.
Installed vinyl plank flooring.
New vanity and custom made medicine cabinet.

All I can say if Wow! These two decks are massive to say the least. A total of 1500sf between the two. Back deck framing...

All I can say if Wow! These two decks are massive to say the least. A total of 1500sf between the two.
Back deck framing was in great shape so that one was a recover and a small re-configuration.
Front deck.... not so much. Posts were rotted off, undersized and not attached to the structure correctly. Needless to say front was a complete tear down and rebuild. Complete with the proper hardware to attach a deck to brick veneer.
These decks will be maintenance free for years to come.

We finished this deck up a couple weeks ago.
Original deck was taken down by the homeowner which was not safe at all. The homeowner wouldn't even use it because of safety issues.
This one isn't going anywhere!!!
We installed beautiful toasted sand Trex decking and finished it off with black Westbury railing.

I finished this deck couple weeks ago.
Removed the old treated decking, fixed a ton of framing, installed Trex Toasted Sand composite decking along with white vinyl railing for a no maintenance deck this family can enjoy for a long time.

Phase 2 complete! I finished this bathroom a few weeks ago but we were waiting on glass and countertops top be installed.
I removed the fiberglass tub, vanities and installed the most tile square footage I have ever installed in a bathroom.
What a huge transformation this master took on.
Thank you Rick and Bonnie Buckmaster for being patient with my recovery. Enjoy your new master!!
