Wilson Community Center plays an important role in supporting students and families throughout the Wilson community.

Through food assistance, educational programs, family activities and connections to essential resources, the center helps ensure community members have access to the support they need.

More than 350 families attended Arizona Automotive Institute’s first annual Bring Your Own Backpack event, helping students start the school year with the supplies and support they need to succeed. 🎒

The event brought together families, volunteers, employers, vendors and community partners for a fun and welcoming day on AAI’s campus.

Verrado Marketplace is helping shape the future of Buckeye as a destination for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Across this 49-acre site, Haydon delivered the full site development—including infrastructure, utilities, parking lot paving, sidewalks, and landscaping—while also contributing to vertical construction. This includes multiple retail buildings and “The District,” a central plaza space with a stage designed to bring the community together.

With more than 50 active contracts and a phased approach alongside our partners at Vestar, coordination and communication have been key to keeping progress on track.

What makes this project stand out most is the team behind it—a group that takes pride not only in the work, but in building something meaningful for the Buckeye community.

Once complete, Verrado Marketplace will offer a vibrant mix of shops, restaurants, and gathering spaces for residents to enjoy for years to come.
