Project Update!

The Cherry Farms in Bowling Green, KY is in full swing, and we are making great progress. With 28 new building slabs for Valhalla Partners, Covenant Concrete is thrilled to be a part of this incredible endeavor!

Project Spotlight!

We have been making great progress on the bi- level apartment building foundations and slabs at the Stonebridge project. This week we started foundations on the 10th and final building on the project. Thanks to Highland Building Group for trusting us on your project!

Leadership principle for the week: We come from a faithful provider, therefore we must be faithful people who live out a faithful purpose.

This principle comes from the book our Bible study group is reading titled, “Shine, A Vision for Life and Work that Impacts Eternity” written by Kris Denbesten. This principle discusses how we as faithful people must also show our faith in our work. Faithful employees are loyal, dependable, dedicated, and committed to giving their best effort, regardless of circumstance. These employees do the right things for the right reasons while positively impacting an organization through their positive example. Faithful employers are committed to high standards of performance, help employees improve, and cultivate a culture of honesty and ethical morality.

This week we leave you with this quote from this book: God does not call the equipped to do His work. Instead, He equips those whom He calls so He can work through them.

Covenant Constructors is honored to be selected as a 2024 Best Places to Work honoree by the Nashville Business Journal!

The companies recognized in this program boast positive work environments, bosses who inspire their teams and the ability to have fun while finding success across all parts of the business.

To assemble the list, nominations were accepted from the public, and employees of nominated companies were asked to complete an online survey conducted by Quantum Workplace. The employee survey measures 10 key engagement categories, including team effectiveness, trust in senior leaders and manager effectiveness. Responses from each question of each completed survey are compiled and evaluated. Companies are ranked and winners are chosen in each size category by their composite score.

Covenant Constructors is beyond thrilled and humbled to receive this great honor! This recognition is a testament to our team's dedication, hard work, and commitment to excellence.
