We recently finished a full property renovation in Tewksbury for some fantastic customers. They gave us a lot of creative freedom and were truly a PLEASURE to work with! This job was a little bit challenging as the customers had a tree company take down 20-30 trees and grind the stumps years ago, which naturally makes a mess... Then, due to unforeseen "life" issues, they had to delay their project for years, leading to the landscape being overgrown, wild and crazy. Not by any fault of theirs, the lawn just couldn't be cut or maintained because of the mess that a land-clearing project leaves in its aftermath.
After meeting Karen most randomly and by chance, we had a friendly conversation having nothing to do with this job. Somewhere in the conversation I told her what I do for work. That is when she brought up that she was at the hiring point for her renovation project, and it wouldn't hurt to get "one more estimate". We met at her property and I was immediately excited with the scope and challenge of the job! I told her that this was right up my alley! We basically met at the 11th hour and after going back and forth with ideas, questions, and answers for a week or two, I was truly honored to be the chosen company for her project! I would like to thank Karen and Michael, as you both are awesome customers to work with, which makes my job more fun! This is a 2 part post. Please see "Tewksbury job continued" for after pics.

Many times, people are unaware of how inefficient their irrigation system is operating. Most people simply turn it on, see the heads pop up, and assume it's "good to go". What you may not see is all of the poor adjustments with water hitting your cars, house, sidewalk, walkways, woods, or shed... as well as sprinkler heads leaking at the seals or not rotating properly. Not too bad for only April 28th right? Full disclosure - this is my back yard. With the proper loam, our "secret recipe" hydroseed mix, with an efficient irrigation system, and fertilization program, we can make anyone's lawn look this good! We can't wait to start firing up those sprinkler systems! Night-time temps still too low to turn the water on, but it won't be long! I'm out doing quotes for new sprinkler systems every day and I would love to install YOUR sprinkler system!

Very happy customer... We hydroseeded October 6th. Pictures taken November 11th. Lawn is currently only 5 weeks old and looks fantastic. Already cut once. We use our own seed recipe ratio of different blends that are hand mixed prior to adding into the hydroseeder. Quality loam (soil), Irrigation, and a good fertilization program is key to establishing and keeping a beautiful lawn.
