Wrapping up a project on a rental property before new tenants move in. This was a quick turn around painting the walls, ceilings and trim. We also made some upgrades to the property replacing interior doors, installing granite countertops and backsplash, updating old lights, and installing a few new appliances.

Here is another water damage restoration project we have completed in the last few weeks. These homeowners discovered a water leak behind their vanity cabinet a couple of weeks after they bought their new house. We were brought in to restore the bathroom to its pre-damaged condition after the leak had been repaired.

I'm behind on sharing our latest projects. Here's one we recently completed in Anadarko - a water damage restoration. The homeowner had significant damage under the floor joists, requiring removal of floors, joists, sheetrock, and gutting the bathroom. We took over from the previous contractor and restored the home in just four weeks. The homeowner was very thankful and glad to be back in their home.
