We are seeking an experienced Lawn Care Manager to lead our lawn care division. This individual must be a motivated leader who consistently delivers quality work, develops employees, effectively manages a high-volume workload, and provides exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
-Manage daily lawn maintenance operations and crew schedules.
-Lead, train, and motivate multiple field crews.
-Perform quality control inspections to ensure company standards are met.
-Communicate with customers professionally and resolve concerns.
-Ensure crews follow safety procedures and company procedures.
-Monitor labor performance, equipment, and materials for efficiency.
-Ability and willingness to perform lawn maintenance duties, including mowing, as needed.

Qualifications
-3+ years of lawn maintenance management experience preferred.
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
-Knowledge of turf care.
-Experience managing crews and maintaining high-quality standards.
-Valid driver's license.
