Steel is up at 8901 Melrose. The first structural columns and beams are in place for this ground-up, two-story commercial building at the corner of Melrose and La Peer.
 
Through September, crews are continuing concrete stem walls and slab work, with slab work carrying through mid-October.

Checking in with the 395,000 SF multifamily project in Thousand Oaks. Building A’s Level 1 pours wrap up this week, then crews shift into Level 2 walls and columns, working west to east.

Building B has four pours rolling through the coming weeks, lumber drops soon for framing and Crane 1 goes up for a multi-day install in late September.

Showcasing the athletic center we completed for Thomas Aquinas College in 2022
 
17,000 SF of stucco and terra cotta detailed to match the existing campus architecture. Inside is a hardwood gym under exposed glue-lam beams with separate men’s and women’s weight rooms with locker rooms tying directly to the pool deck. building is anchored by a tower housing two 32-foot climbing walls and a bouldering wall.

Outside, a 6-lane waveless lap pool sits between the building and the playing fields: two lit tennis courts, a basketball court alongside and new soccer and baseball fields to the west. An arched vestibule opens onto the picnic area.

We’re pleased to announce the completion of our tenant improvement project for Neros Technologies.

What began as a 12,500 SF interior renovation expanded into approximately 100,000 SF of total scope. This includes 85,000 SF of warehouse electrical infrastructure delivered across three phases while the client remained operational in the space.

Fast-track projects with evolving scope demand disciplined coordination between ownership, design and field teams.

Concrete’s down and the asphalt first lift is in at Oakwell in Thousand Oaks. Civil and dry utilities are complete underground for the 395,000 SF project. Building A decking starts in June and Building B decking will begin decking shortly after.

Floors are filling up at the 110,766 SF Churchill multifamily project in Simi Valley. Stucco is going up on all elevations and MEPF rough-in is pushing through floors two and three ahead of interior finishes at the Churchill.
