A hazard tree rarely announces itself all at once. Usually it's a small sign, a crack in the bark, a lean that's gotten worse over a season, that gets noticed too late.
A free property assessment is a walk through the whole property, not just the one tree someone called about, looking for exactly those early signs before they turn into an emergency call after a storm.
It costs nothing to have a second set of eyes look at what's growing near the house, the driveway, or the property line, and it usually turns up something worth knowing either way.
Have you ever had a tree surprise you after a storm that you wish you'd had looked at sooner?
