With all the rains we had the last couple weeks a customer called and said they lost their water heater due to a flood in the crawl space so they wanted to relocate a new 40 gallon water heater on the first floor closet. Remember if you see someone bringing pex piping all the way to the water heater, that's wrong. 24" away please don't forget to install a vacuum breaker.
