This home got a complete exterior upgrade — and we didn’t just replace what was there. We upgraded the system where it mattered.

🔨 NEW ROOF
We installed a new Owens Corning roofing system backed by a 50-year warranty.

🌧️ NEW 6” COMMERCIAL SEAMLESS GUTTERS
The previous gutters were undersized for the pitch of this roof. During heavy rain, water was running right over them instead of being properly carried away from the home.

We upgraded the house to 6” commercial seamless gutters in Royal Brown, selected to complement the exterior of the home while providing significantly more capacity for water runoff.
