We specialize in all general home repairs and are available for contract with landlords to maintain properties and turn units. Large scale contracts will require a deposit, all work, no matter what size, is done under signed contract by ROB THE BUILDER, LLC.

Currently looking for someone that is skilled with LVP installation, painting, plumbing and general maintenance type work. Payment is job to job and fluctuates based on the job. Must have your own transportation and tools, including paint brushes. We will supply all needed materials for each job. Set your own hours, as long as the jobs are done within the contract time frame. DRUG FREE work environment. Preferred payment method is Venmo. Payment will be made once the job is completed and passes inspection, generally within 24 hours of inspection. Having a wide skill set is a plus and will result in more work. Most houses and apartments under renovation are in the West Toledo and Point Place areas.

About to start interviewing for more contractors! Yet again, we are expanding. I am looking for people that have all around knowledge and know how. Plumbing, carpentry, flooring, painting, etc. Materials will always be supplied. Pay is contract to contract. Each job will be paid accordingly to the amount of work involved. Must have your own tools and transportation.

I need the exterior of a home painted. Will need to have your own paint tools and ladders. Two-story home in West Toledo. Main house 1 color, house trim a separate color. Paint is supplied, payment sent AFTER WORK PASSES INSPECTION. There will be 2 weeks to complete the job, getting done faster without sacrificing quality will result in better pay. A signed contract will be required to begin work.

Scams are growing right now, and here at Rob the Builder I want to make sure you are not being taking advantage of by scammers. There is no one permitted to employ any subcontractors other than myself and it is always done with a written contract.
