Another bathroom refresh completed by B’s Installation Services LLC!

We updated this homeowner’s bathroom with:
✅ New bathroom flooring
✅ New baseboards for a clean, finished look
✅ New glass shower panel to help contain water and prevent it from escaping the shower area

BIG PROJECT — PROGRESS UPDATE! 🏠

Here’s a look at a major whole-home renovation we’re currently working on!

We’ve already made some BIG changes to this home, including:

🏠 Whole-Home Flooring
• Removed all existing flooring
• Installed new LVP throughout the house
• Installed all new baseboard and shoe molding

🚪 Hallway Update
• Removed the existing hall closet door
• Framed the wall down to change the opening
• Installed new drywall
• Added a new bifold door for a clean, functional finish

🍽️ Complete Kitchen Transformation
• Gutted the existing kitchen
• Redesigned the layout to create a more functional space
• Relocated plumbing and electrical
• Opened up the wall into the living room to create a larger, more open area
• Installed new cabinets and hardware
• Installed new countertops
• Installed new lighting

This project has involved a lot of planning, demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, and finish work — and there’s still more to come!

Deck Repair in Sylvania, Ohio! 🏡

This deck was in need of some structural repairs and replacement boards to get it back into safe, solid condition.

For this project, we:

• Re-supported the first set of stairs with new 4x4 posts after they had detached from the existing blocking
• Added new 2x6 blocking to provide additional support for the stair stringers
• Replaced rotten and damaged deck boards
• Replaced rotten stair boards
• Secured everything back up and left the deck with a much stronger, more solid feel

Taking care of structural issues early can help prevent much more expensive repairs down the road.

Bathroom Vanity & Trim Update! 🔨

Another bathroom refresh completed for a customer!

For this project, we:

• Removed the existing bathroom vanity and countertop
• Removed and replaced the existing faucet
• Removed the moldy, rotten baseboard around the vanity area
• Installed new white waterproof baseboard for a clean, finished look
• Installed the new vanity, top, and faucet

Replacing the damaged trim not only made a huge difference in the appearance of the bathroom, but also helped address the moisture damage and gave the area a much more durable finish.

Another small bathroom update that makes a big difference! 👌

Home Update for a Repeat Customer! 🔨

Always appreciate when customers trust us to come back and tackle another project in their home!

This project included a complete flooring update throughout the house:

• Removed existing carpet and padding
• Removed tack strips and staples
• Installed new CoreLuxe LVP flooring
• Installed new shoe molding throughout the house
• Installed a new toilet in the master bathroom 🚽
• Trimmed down a couple of doors to accommodate the new flooring and ensure everything opens and operates properly

The new LVP completely updated the look of the home while giving it a durable, easy-to-maintain flooring surface.

🔨 Shop Build Progress! 🏗️

Making some great progress on this shop renovation! We started by framing the interior exterior walls, then installed insulation throughout the walls to improve energy efficiency and prepare the space for finishing.

The next phase is sheeting the walls with OSB to create a durable, clean surface that’s built to last. We still have the ceiling insulation and wall sheeting ahead of us, but it’s exciting to see everything coming together.

Every project starts with a solid foundation, and taking the time to do each step the right way makes all the difference in the finished product.

✨ Master Bathroom Refresh Completed in Ottawa Hills, Ohio! ✨

Sometimes the biggest improvements come from focusing on the details. For this master bathroom project, we helped freshen up the space while keeping the homeowner’s existing wall color they already loved.

✅ Repainted the walls with the same color for a clean, refreshed appearance
✅ Painted the off-white trim bright white for a crisp, updated look
✅ Patched and repaired damaged drywall areas for a smooth finish
✅ Reinforced and repaired two towel bars that were pulling away from the wall
✅ Removed the large builder-grade vanity mirror and installed two separate mirrors for a more modern, custom feel

The bright white trim and new mirrors completely changed the look of the room while maintaining the bathroom’s original style.
