In Loving Memory of John Smoot

It is with heavy hearts that we acknowledge the passing of our fellow brother, friend, and local contractor, John Smoot, also known by many as Smoot Rooter

John was known throughout the community for his work, his presence, and the relationships he built with customers, fellow tradesmen, and friends. His passing is a loss not only to those who loved him, but also to the local contractor community.

As members of the Black Contractors Association of Toledo, we send our deepest condolences to his family, loved ones, friends, customers, and everyone impacted by this loss.

May his work, his name, and the memories shared by those who knew him continue to live on.

Rest in peace, brother. You will be missed.
