After 47 years with Roh Construction, including 37 as owner, I’m officially retiring at the beginning of June.

Doug and Stacy Guthrie wanted to add some square footage to their Warrens vacation villa. They came up with the idea to extend the floor of their bedroom loft, creating a room over their living area below. The Bonus Room that we created is complete with Amish-made doors for the storage areas on each side of the room. And the existing triangle-shaped gable windows let in a ton of natural light.

We recently constructed a two-story, three-car unattached garage with living space above for Bill and Ruth Nystrom. It's in the finishing stages right now.

We just finished up this deck project. We tore down Andy & Gail Desbrow's wood deck with stairs that led right into their fence, and replaced it with a new, sturdy one. One with a more sensible stairway that leads into the back yard. Trex Enhance composite decking, and RDI Avalon aluminum railing from Tomah Lumber.

We recently updated Bruce and Jeri Brewer's railing system leading up to and including their second story loft. We replaced their very "Eighties"-looking wood railing with a more contemporary wood and metal look. They couldn't believe the transformation.

Jeri commented, "The railing is finished and we LOVE it! What a transformation for our 48 year old house! Noah and Anna did a terrific job! Thank you for being our contractor."
