Continuing to work with this client has been phenomenal, with their clear and direct visions for their home goals. They were responsive and incredibly welcoming.
We appreciate the hospitality!

As we replaced the doors, we had some major concerns. Why is there only 1 screw attaching the door frame to the house? Where is the metal flashing? Why is the ice and water shield overlapping to trap water and angle it toward the house? Where is the water coming from? How far does the water go?

Unfortunately, the wood rot extended down to the garage door below the balcony. The ledger board was mulch in this area.

We understand that there are many solutions to a single problem. When solutions are missing the fundamentals, whether to save time or money, it can cost the homeowner (in this case, new homeowner) thousands of dollars to repair. These repairs were necessary, however they could have been prevented with the right materials, knowledge, and care on the first go.

This door replacement came to us in a list of many concerns. Sealing this client's newly purchased home from the elements and unwanted, crawly friends was their biggest goal, along with security and safety.

The previous door was held in with only expanding foam.

We are eager to move through this list with attention and craftsmanship, ensuring that this client can relax knowing their home is sealed, safe and secure.

This beachy stunner of a fence had become weathered over time. Our client reached out for repairs and staining, hoping that we could save as much of the original structure as possible. After replacing the spindles and a few fenceboards, the longest part of this job was waiting for the stain to cure enough for transport. Holy humidity!
We'll be back with a can of white once the pressure treated is seasoned.
At the end of the day, this Cape Cod Gray is back to its smooth, creamy hue to transform this backyard garden sanctuary into a Chatham paradise even Rupert Holmes couldn't resist!

We couldn't have asked for better weather for work today!
We painted shutters, door, and deck skirt in this incredible green.
As a thank you, we were gifted a lovely bouquet of peonies from this client's garden. Oh my, do they smell divine!
We look forward to returning to paint the deck and bulkhead after the flower petals fall from the trees.
