One of the best decisions we've made so far is having multiple meetings per week with the guys!

Not only do we get to start our days with some fellowship and breakfast we have time to talk about the complicated part of what we do.

CODE COMPLIANCE AND APPLICATION

Simply learning to plumb on a jobsite with another plumber will only get you so far. likewise, learning code by itself doesn't do anything for you either. you must do both!

as we have set time aside to go over code compliance and application we have seen an explosion in understanding for the team as a whole.

Why teach each person a specific thing when we can learn it all?

If you have a pesky plumbing issue or project that requires a better understanding we would love to take a look and get it done RIGHT for you!

The hardest part of owning a business in my opinion is task delegation. whether I can personally come to your home or send oneof my proffesionaly trained plumbers to your home you can rest assured you will get a consistent product every time.

This may sound ridiculous but ive had experience with God providing tangible things that some may say is silly or trivial.

For instance there has been multiple times ive needed a specific part after hours on a Friday night. Customer is without water and with a hail marry I head to the truck for a part I know I don't have and send up a prayer along the way. As I start to look through my old boxes, low and Behold, 99% of the time, there it is. "Thank you Lord" I say in all seriousness but in a laughing tone.

Yesterday our truck broke down. We have three employees who depend on us providing work and it doesn't take calculus to know we can't stuff four grown men in a two seat cargo van. As I scrambled to figure out a way to get our truck diagnosed and repaired I caught myself saying out loud "I wasn't ready to deal with something like this" or "why couldn't this have happened a month from now when we would have been ready?"

It is often in these situations the Lord reminds me principals He has already laid in my life.

"Have you forgotten from where I brought you?"

No Lord, I have not.

The Lord connected us with some cool people out of Iowa who were selling something perfect for our situation for about half of the general market rate. That's not the coolest part, however. Turns out they are being called into the Apostalic ministry. We ended up spending more time talking about Jesus Christ than anything else. We talked about how we met the Lord. We talked about what the Lord has been doing. We talked about what we can do to get involved. We talked about setting up worship nights in our respective home towns and how we could help eachother set things up and connect the churches together. We prayed for eachother, exchanged paperwork, and left.

All the way home I was pondering on how once again what seemed to be a bad situations the Lord used it to get us exactly where He wanted us to be.

Experience: Apprentice, Journeyman, or Master level experience. You will take a written test and a hands on test to examine your level of experience.

Pay: $16-$50 an hour depending on ability (higher pay is available through the means of performance bonus)

Additional requirements:

Willingness to work long hours
Willingness to travel long distance at times
Willingness to grow as an individual
Willingness to be a team player in a fast passed environment
Willingness to learn how to be the best plumber you can be

I love it when we get to slow down and paint a picture with plumbing parts!

We have been working on a mechanical room for a 7 bathroom 2 kitchen house. We installed shut offs for every fixture and we custom build the manifold systems.

Some people order cookie cutter maniblocks but I prefer to build my own for multiple reasons

1. If there is a leak on one of the fittings we can shut the system down and make a repair.

2. I can customer size the system to the exact size of the home.

Some projects are an easy diagnostic and repair. Other projects require many hours of research and planning to ensure maximum plumbing function.

There really is a science to creating the best system possible for each individual home or commercial project.
