We do pool openings and closings. Also, we sell above ground pools. All major credit cards and debit cards accepted.

Customer Service Representative & Office Assistant

Looking for a dependable, friendly, and motivated person to join our team this summer at Milan Heating & Air in Milan. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced office environment.

Job Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming phone calls professionally
• Schedule customer appointments
• Assist customers in person and over the phone
• Help the Office Manager with electronic filing and daily office tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including light housekeeping duties such as trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and dusting

Schedule:
Monday–Friday
12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Additional hours may occasionally be required, including earlier start times when needed
No weekends

We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
