This job is the perfect example of why our relationship with Alabama Power means so much to us.

We were recommended by Alabama Power to help this customer after a serious electrical service issue. As a preferred vendor with Alabama Power, we’re trusted to step in when customers need qualified, reliable electrical professionals — and we don’t take that responsibility lightly.

As you can see from these photos, this wasn’t a simple service call. The electrical service had been damaged, with equipment and conductors in a difficult location surrounded by trees and requiring work near the roof and overhead service. Jobs like this involve height, energized electrical equipment, tight working conditions, and serious safety hazards. This is exactly the kind of work that should be handled by a licensed, experienced electrical contractor — not a quick DIY fix.

And from the customer’s perspective, the biggest issue was simple:

They needed their power back. ASAP.

Our team got to work, safely addressed the issue, and had this customer back up and running within just a few hours. 🙌🏼

Big difference on this one. 👀⚡️

A large tree came down and damaged the electrical service feeding this property. We came in and replaced the damaged equipment, cleaned up the service, installed new meter equipment, risers, disconnects, and got everything back together safely and professionally.

Jobs like this are a good reminder that electrical damage after a storm or fallen tree isn’t always as simple as putting the wires back up. The service equipment needs to be inspected, repaired correctly, and brought back to a safe condition before power is restored.
