**Also please note that due to the mild weather we have had, I am noticing new growth on some trees/bushes--in some cases it can be harmful to the plant or tree to trim it now. Any customer with this situation is being put on our spring route, and we will contact you so that we can come back and trim them at the appropriate time**

**SCHEDULE UPDATE**

Because of the rain forecasted for tomorrow, and being it is a holiday weekend, all BI-WEEKLY CUTS SCHEDULED FOR THIS WEEK will be cut today. We're sorry if this causes an inconvenience, but we want everyone's lawn to be beautiful for the holiday weekend

Good Morning!

Joe will be out to mow today--it is drizzling now, but as long as it isn't raining too hard he will be able to stop by. With the rain the past several days, if your lawn is too wet, he will have to skip and we will let you know when he can come back out to mow. He has jobs that were booked for tomorrow and Monday so we have to see how we can change the schedule and fit more people in. I will send out individual texts with the rescheduled day if he has to skip your lawn today

***Please Beware***

there is an unidentified person claiming that they are JP's Landscaping or saying that Joe sent them to do an estimate and/or complete work. This is the 3rd time this week we have been sent information about this--there were negative comments left on another FB page as well--THIS IS NOT US! This isn't fair to Joe or the reputation that he has worked hard to build. Please let us know if you see anything on local pages so we can try to handle this situation appropriately.

OUR CONTACT LIST IS LOST!

We are getting ready to start up for the season! PLEASE message on here or call/text to confirm that we are continuing services this year. We are trying to match up numbers from past invoices so we will be texting to confirm for the numbers that we do have, but a lot of them have been lost. Many of you have already reached out, I will be following up with your start date within the next few days.

Joe is still having trouble with his messages going through, so we are using my direct number for all appointments/questions. Joe is not ignoring you! He had messages go through on Thursday that were timestamped Monday--it's a mess!

***NEW CONTACT INFORMATION!***

Please make note of our new phone number! If you have been trying to call or text Joe's direct number, we have not gotten the message--unfortunately Apple has not been able to transfer the contact information from his old phone and texts and calls are not going through until the Apple ID issue is fixed. We gave them almost 2 weeks to fix this, with still no solution on their part.

Also, since it's hard for Joe to answer calls and texts while he is working, we have decided that changing to my number will be beneficial to getting everyone's questions and concerns answered quickly.

Thanks so much! We can't wait to get this season started!

All Thursday/Friday cuts will be done Monday/Tuesday.
