Sue recently reached out to our Warranty Department about an unusual noise in her home. Rather than simply addressing the initial question and moving on, Damon took the time to investigate from top to bottom, checking the attic, under the house, and the roof.

He also spotted a separate issue with a gutter downspout and adjusted it to eliminate a tripping hazard.

When Sue reached out to our Warranty Department with a concern, Damon took the time to thoroughly investigate the issue. He checked the attic, under the house, and the roof to make sure nothing was overlooked.

He even noticed a gutter downspout that was creating a tripping hazard and took the time to adjust it while he was there.

We’re grateful to Sue for sharing her experience and to Damon for going the extra mile to take care of a Valentine Roofing customer.
