Encountering some pretty gnarly wood rot on one of our latest carpentry / exterior projects.
The homeowner and contractor truly become a team on a project. It’s important to make sure we are on the same page with the same vision for the next chapter.
Prior to this project we had done multiple walk throughs with our clients, trying to prepare for the surprises that could come from demo. Of course surprises are never what you’re hoping for on a home improvement project, but we are very grateful to have understanding homeowners, and a resilient team of carpenters.
