Well this one had some unexpected things come up but after 10 hours the client finally has a new gate area.

They decided to replace with steel posts that way they never have to replace the posts again. Great idea!

However there is more work involved going the steel route. Have to predrill for all fasteners and hinges are bolted on, not screwed on.

Also removing the old post from the poured sidewalk is always a challenge. This one took about 2 hours.

End of the day it turned out great.

She chose a beautiful granite composite Kraus single bowl sink with a matching black faucet.

This client has wanted a sun sail for a long time.

She had purchased a triangle shaped sail but after tying it up she realized it would not work.

Instead we went with a 10x13 sail. I installed 2 galvanized posts to help support the new sail.

She loves the additional shade already!

Sometimes a faucet turns into something more.

This client wanted a new faucet but unfortunately we had to dig deeper.

Shut off valves, supply lines, and drain line all had to be updated during faucet installation.

I keep all the needed parts in the truck so I didn't have to leave to grab them and made a speedy installation.

Is your sink dropping away from the countertop?

If so you might have been like this client whose contractor did not install the sink correctly 10 years ago.

They had 4 wood screws holding it up in place with some glued on plywood. No bueno!

Installed 4 heavy duty sink brackets that attach to the cabinet walls and push the sink back where it belongs.
