There’s something incredibly satisfying about watching a house exhale.

We’re on a full first-floor remodel on this beautiful lake house right here in Tyler!

Every wall we open, every floor we touch, every detail we design—it all matters. This isn’t just a remodel… it’s someone’s gathering place, their exhale, their “this is home.”

We’re just really, really grateful.
Grateful to be doing this work.
Grateful to be doing it together.
Grateful to be doing it in Tyler, surrounded by a community that continues to believe in us.

PKC was built on hard work, faith, and a whole lot of heart—and projects like this remind us why we keep showing up, even on the long days.
