Let’s stand behind our fireman and get their trucks audio free so they can talk amongst each other about calls etc without admin listening!!please share

You start watching what you say.

That’s what happens when you’re no longer sure a conversation is just between you and the person sitting beside you.

You think twice before venting about a difficult call. You hesitate before talking about something going on at home. Maybe you decide it’s easier not to say anything at all.

Most conversations inside our trucks aren’t serious. They’re just how our members pass the time during a 24 hour shift.

But sometimes they’re exactly the conversation someone needed to have after a bad call or a rough day.

For years, our members could have those conversations without thinking twice about who might be listening or watching.

That changed. And so did the conversations.

Today I received a phone call saying the air in side their home was off. This customer has been a customer of mine for awhile. I arrived to meet with her sitting her her chair crying.

Her husband had already advised me of her situation. I jumped right in to get her air running and walked back in to speak with her a little longer.

She was crying saying she was tired of this medical condition she has going on and that she was now in hospice care.

We held hands and talked back and forth until I started shedding tears myself.

My customers are not just customers they are family to me. My heart hurts so much for her and the family.

I asked her about her faith and she told me she was a child of GOD and that she was ready to go home. We hugged and I said see you later😢

Please keep
This family in your prayers as the next few days are very touch and go.

Thank you Mrs Sandy for being a friend and customer.
