Here’s a look at the progress and finished installation of a LULA (Limited Use, Limited Application) elevator we constructed to provide one of our valued clients with access to the mezzanine level of their building.

This commercial project included building a fully enclosed elevator shaft that required an elevator pit and dedicated mechanical room, and completing interior renovations to accommodate the new elevator openings into the building.
