Unfortunately our landlord has decided to sell... So, needless to say, we're in the process of looking for a new home and looking for any gently used boxes and any other types of packaging materials.

Also, we're looking to move to a less fast paced area, hopefully the countryside... However, my wife works in Wakefield, Wake Forest & Rolesville as a multi - store assistant manager. That being said, we would like to try and stay in a 30 minute or less drive time radius of the general area. If our new home ends up being closer to 1 store in particular she'll change her main/base/home store to that one with no issues. We have excellent rental history as well as our current property manager (Scott Gorman) is more than happy to gloat about how great we are as we've never been late on rent($1,800/month + water) in 2 years either this month or next month.

As mentioned above, our current rental is $1,800/month + water(the water is not included in the rent but it is to be paid in addition to the rent every month) for a 3 bedroom, 2½ bathroom, 3 story condominium. We would like to stay with the same rooms, it would be nice to have 1 more bedroom & bathroom but not necessary. Especially if it raises the rent! We know that we can afford what we've been paying and don't want to add much to it with all the other bills...

***MUST BE PET FRIENDLY***

Generally Looking in the Areas of:

North/East/West Wake County, South/West/East Franklin County, South/East Granville County & Northern tip of Johnston County

***The area might get bigger the closer it gets to time to be out if we have not found a place by then.

It's crazy how some people can pay an arm and a leg to have their equipment service but the job never gets done! Please follow this post and read it it's crazy! The unit actually was so delinquently serviced that it had mold growing in it and it took us about three and a half almost 4 hours to clean it all out!

There's no way that they had cleaned it at all... like ever! We literally spent about three and a half hours cleaning the inside, the fil...

CABINET DRAWER REPAIR

When our client's kitchen cabinets were being removed and put in the garage for us to figure out the best outcome for garage storage space, we noticed a drawer was badly damaged...

I took it out and fixed not only the drawer but the cabinet insert and tracks as well.

She told us not to worry with the drawer... But, how would they have looked if 1 drawer was missing? SIMPLY UNACCEPTABLE!

WAIST NOT WANT NOT!

A client got new kitchen cabinets and decided to have us install her old cabinets into her garage.

After plenty of planning, we managed to use All the cabinets except for the two tiny one's. She's holding onto them until she's finished utilizing All her New storage space, putting everything in it's new home and out of eye sight. Once finished she'll have a better idea as to whereabouts she'd like the last 2 mounted.

The client was overwhelmed with how well everything turned out. It well overall exceeded her's as well as her husband's expectations!

I DISCOVERED QUITE A FEW CLUSTERS OF PUS-LIKE BUBBLES near and on the perimeter of a client's yard.

That specific portion of the yard is outlined with: Left Side - retaining wall, Right Side - Their House(Painted brick encompassing the Under the house crawlspace.

How I came across these gooey looking, pus-like pockets

I was doing some w**ding in a clients yard that will be a year old next month... I mention how old the Bermuda grass is because they have not been able to use any pesticide, fungicide, w**d killer or any other chemicals on them lawn because the company told them that any harsh chemicals could potentially fatally harm their new lawn that they paid So much for. So, I've been coming out periodically to w**d, trim shrubbery as well as upcoming projects of clean out underbrush above the retaining wall, trimming the trees along with conditioning the above "small forest" to look appeasing to the eye.
Well, I hadn't been out for any lawn beautification in around 1 to 1-1/2 months due to lots of rain, their's and our schedule's were just hit or miss after going over there weekly for almost 2 months.

MY MAIN CONCERNS:
1. Does some type of animal, insect, arachnid, ect... leave behind?
2. Are these eggs of some kind?
3. Is it a fungus or mold?
4. Should we be worried?
5. If so, What's the process of getting rid of these?
6. Should I tell them to call an exterminator?
7. What is the best way to proceed?

Thank you for your time as well as knowledge!
