Hourly wages for full time employees start at $17/hour (entry level no experience) but can go up $30/hour for people who have construction experience and show the drive to grow with the company.

Wrapped up a nice tear out and replacement project today. Removed the old wood that was past its prime and installed maintenance free vinyl in its place!

Miller’s Fence is hiring!

We are looking for a crew lead/working foreman.

We are a small and continually growing company that is looking for a self motivated individual that has experience in basic construction fields. Specific fence knowledge is not required as we will train on our processes, but surely would be a benefit!

Qualified candidates should have the following skill sets:

3 or more years of proven leadership experience in a construction or manufacturing type environment.

Ability to lead others through daily work activities, handling changes or situations as they arise on job sites.

Coordinate day to day schedule of work crew to assure on time performance and successful completion of projects to meet customer demand.

Ability to interpret blueprints, sketches and verbal information to make final installation of project successful.

Pay will depend on prior experience, work ethic and drive but varies from $25-$35/hour with performance incentives, vacation and sick pay.

Winner for the Yeti dog bowl from the 2026 West Branch Susquehanna Builders Show from Miller’s Fence!

Correct count in the jar was less than many thought at 391 pieces of hardware.

Chelsea guessed 406 - congrats and we look forward to doing something creative again next year!

This weekend is the 65th annual West Branch Susquehanna Builders show at the Liberty Arena in Williamsport. This will be our 2nd year in attendance - stop by and see us!
