Breaking ground (literally 😜) on the 1903 Chico Vecino project! It’s so great and such an honor to be able to work on houses with a lot of Chico history. Right now, we are working on breaking out the back patio and concrete to make way for the extension of the house. Next up: demo, demo, and more demo!

We’ve been seeing some new faces and wanted to reintroduce the crew behind Steave Cox Construction.
