We’ve been a little quiet on Facebook lately, but there’s been plenty going on behind the scenes.

We recently welcomed our seventh child, which has made life a little fuller and busier in the best way. At the same time, our crew has been staying busy with landscape lighting and permanent roofline lighting projects throughout the area.

Here’s a photo dump of a few recent projects we haven’t gotten around to sharing yet.

It’s hard to believe we’re already getting to that point in the year, but we’re also starting to gear up for Christmas light season. The next few months are going to be busy ones around here.

Its nearly Christmas in July! As crazy as it sounds we are prepping for actual Christmas light installs starting in October. Last year we installed Christmas Lighting at over 200 homes and businesses. Every light helps to brighten someones day.

Sometimes the best photos aren't planned.

I had just finished fine-tuning this landscape lighting system in Harrod when fireworks began exploding over the pond. For a few minutes, everything came together—the reflections, the lights, and a perfect summer evening.

It's a reminder of why we love what we do: helping families enjoy their homes long after the sun goes down.

Last night I spent the evening in Laurel Oaks taking photos as the sun went down. This project was referred to us from Native Landscaping and Hardscape Design. They created a beautiful landscape that we then helped to transform after dark. The owners love the lighting and so do the neighbors. It's always enjoyable seeing the lights slowly become visible as the sun sets. Now you can see this home transform from beautiful during the day to stunning at night.

There’s something surreal about seeing your own business from 3,000 feet in the air.
Last night Morgan Smith from Five Star Painting of Findlay & Perrysburg sent us this photo taken by his son while flying over the area. His son worked with us during Christmas light season and now he’s literally spotting Light Up Lima from the sky.
Most people see the finished lighting projects, but behind that is a small team, long days, late nights, trucks loaded with materials, and a warehouse packed wall to wall with Christmas lights.
This photo was a cool reminder that what we’re building is becoming something real and lasting. We’re incredibly thankful for everyone who has supported us, hired us, referred us, or even just followed along.
And yes… apparently you can spot Light Up Lima from the air now.
