We are officially swimming in deliveries over here! 📦🚛

Monday, we begin a whole home renovation in Dover that includes:
✨ Three bathrooms
✨ A kitchen
✨ A mudroom
✨ New flooring throughout the entire home

Today was all about prep work and receiving deliveries — cabinets, tubs, fixtures, and so much more (with even more still to come 😅).

One thing that will make this project especially smooth is that our homeowner has temporarily moved out during construction. While we know that’s a big undertaking, it allows us to fully focus on the project and keeps the process less stressful for both her and her cat 🐈‍⬛💛

We love sharing the behind-the-scenes side of remodeling because this is where the transformation really begins. Right now it may look like organized chaos… but soon it will start coming together piece by piece.

We can’t wait to take you along for the journey!

✨ Transformation Friday ✨

From outdated and heavy… to calm, clean, and spa-like.

This primary bathroom was ready for a fresh start. We replaced the busy tile and dated finishes with a lighter, more peaceful design—while still honoring a subtle Southwest influence.

The warmth of the wood vanity paired with the textured flooring brings just the right amount of character without overwhelming the space.

Now it feels like a retreat instead of just another bathroom. 🤍
