sheetrock/ drywall installers will destroy your wiring , I have a suggestion ( what I require if Im wiring your place) Do Not pay the drywaller installers until after the electrical has been checked by the electrician . Drywall installers will cut your wiring , and or like in the photo leave a mess in the box which will cost you more because the electrician has to clean it up ( yes every wire should be clean.

Construction Tip for today, If you have a metal roof and its over 3 yrs old keep an eye on the screws to make sure they are not backing out.... some people believe if the roof is getting to the point it needs the screws changed out to just remove them and put in the next bigger size. This is true BUT you shouldn't just remove and replace them, there is more to be done. Also never put roofing on 1/2 inch material ( OSB or plywood) screws require 1 inch minimum wood - but you might / could get away with using 3/4 Advantech due to its density...
If you have a shingle roof make sure you are not getting mold and nasty build up it can deteriorate the shingle sooner. Don't pressure wash them either -they can be washed with a soft brush and mold-removing cleaner..
