If you’re in the PNW, we KNOW you’ve seen the rain 🌧️🎶.

With all this rain, your yard might be looking more like a lake than a lawn! One option is to add some fish 🐟… the other is to call us to install a French drain. We’re good with either!

Our client chose us over the fish.🤣 We located and verified an existing French drain, then trenched in a new system using filter fabric and open rock to keep water flowing. To finish it off, we added pavers to create a decorative walking path over the drain.

All buttoned up—and you’d never know we trenched through the yard!

When your sewer line is under pressure, we bring the relief!!

We helped Garcia Plumbing LLC complete this sewer repair by handling the excavation and removal of the old pipe so their team could make the necessary repairs.

If you’ve got dry rot, send us a message!

This house had trim that was rotted out, which caused damage behind the stone. Since we had to remove the stone to repair the plywood, our client decided they wanted all the stone removed and some fresh new installed.

We also noticed that the window had previously been installed without any fasteners 🙃 — so we got that properly installed as well! We laid down our favorite house wrap, . We love seeing that 1mm spacing it provides while we install our siding. A fun fact about HydroGap: its spacers allow at least 100x more bulk water to drain from a wall compared to standard house wraps.

New siding, corner trim, window trim, gable trim, and fresh paint have this house looking good as new!

Taking care of business by rebuilding this deck the proper way — sturdy, safe, and built to last.

This old deck was hanging on by just a few nails. 😅 Thankfully our client was not injured when it fell off the house.

There was no flashing behind the ledger, which led to rotting OSB. We removed all the damaged material, repaired it, and properly flashed everything before starting the new deck build. Since we had to remove the door to install ledger flashing under the sill flashing, we went ahead and replaced the door as well. After installing the new door, we added the insulation it was missing. We got the deck finished up and even installed a new storm door. Our client was thrilled with the outcome!

Here’s a look at our last custom build! We are very happy with how this build turned out and so were our clients! This was a unique project where our client was actually the architect for the build. We helped with some of the design and even made some changes during the project to ensure the final build was exactly what they wanted.

We also want to thank our local subcontractors for their continued support! Peak Heating and Air LLC, Garcia Plumbing LLC, DC Electric, Inc., and Armor Roofing, Inc.. We choose to work with these local companies not only for their shared standards of quality but also to support our local community.

Boulder wall coming in hot! Finished this back in July when it was right around 99 and a half degrees out. Very thankful to have a closed cab! Did anyone else get sick for Christmas and start reminiscing about summer? 🤒 Had a little helper (Hubert, nickname- Huey) show up at the end to set the last rock. Then the little guy wanted all the credit!

We hope you all had a wonderful Christmas because we sure did! The highlight of our Christmas has to be giving back. Earlier this month we decided to giveaway 10 wreaths and 10 Christmas trees to our local communities. From getting hand written thank you letters to getting pictures of kids decorating the trees, this was such a great experience! We are so thankful for the support from our local communities! Merry Christmas!

Beam install finished up as well as a punch list of additional items. Backfilled under deck, railroad tie retaining wall, and a little rock wall to finish off under the deck. Also did some concrete removal, graded the driveway, cleaned out/extended the ditch, then piled brush and logs on the rest of the 10 acres.

New posts, beams, and footings for this existing deck. The monster glulams actually showed up late because the driver started to lose one on the highway. 😅 Our supplier ended up having to send another truck and forklift to reload the beam on the side of the highway. I think the driver was done for the day after that eventful delivery. Also got to show our client how we treat all cut ends of pressure treated lumber before installation.
