Meet Carlito – Co-Owner of Ojedas Property Care LLC

Hello! My name is Carlito, and I’m the Co-Owner of Ojedas Property Care LLC alongside my wife, Lucy.

We started our business in 2021 with a simple goal: to build something we could be proud of while creating more freedom and quality time with our family. What began as a dream has grown into a company that proudly serves homeowners and businesses throughout Southeastern Wisconsin with reliable, high-quality property services.

Over the years, we’ve continued to expand our knowledge, improve our skills, and invest in learning the best techniques and products available. Every project has helped us become better contractors and better business owners. We believe that no matter how much experience you have, there’s always something new to learn.

Today marks an incredible milestone for Ojedas Property Care LLC—5 years in business! 🏡❤️

Five years ago, we took a leap of faith with a dream, a vision, and a commitment to providing honest, reliable, and quality workmanship. Since then, we’ve had the privilege of serving hundreds of homeowners, families, businesses, property managers, and realtors throughout Southeast Wisconsin.

We carefully removed the old flooring, made the necessary improvements, and installed brand-new luxury vinyl plank flooring built to last. The result is a beautiful, durable floor our clients can enjoy for years to come.
