I recieved a call today for gutter cleaning and when I got there to give them a quote I realized they already had gutter guards installed. These arent what I would call cheap gutter guards, more middle teir, pretty common guards, with a higher price tag. The problem is, they dont work, as you can see in the picture, theres still twigs and seeds in the gutter.
If youre in the market for gutters and gutter guards, make sure you do your due diligence and actually research what the company is selling. Just because they recommend it doesn't mean it works. This is money down the drain that could've been spent on a much better product. 99% of the time, a stainless steel micro-mesh gutter guard is going to be a much better option, and almost certaily cost less than the competitors gimmick guards, if purchased through American Seamless.
