FIRST PARADE ROLLS IN TWO MONTHS!
Downtown Mobile is about to hit full stride for the 2026 Mardi Gras season, with over 40 parades set to roll – and the very first one now only two months out. The city’s streets, balconies, and barricades will soon be buzzing again as the season’s earliest revelers take their places along the route.
The Conde Cavaliers will set things in motion on Jan. 30, firing up the opening night of parading. The organization traces its name to the historic French general, Prince de Condé — the same figure who inspired the name of Fort Condé — tying the kickoff to one of Mobile’s oldest storylines.
And as tradition holds, the Order of Myths will bring the curtain down on Mardi Gras 2026, rolling last at 6 p.m. on Fat Tuesday, Feb. 17. Their procession will close out more than two weeks of parading, revelry, and the rituals that make Mobile’s carnival season unlike any other.

Do NOT prune azaleas in the fall! Their flower buds are already forming. For this reason, you should prune them immediately after they have finished their SPRING bloom period. The best method is to use hand-held pruners and remove only one-third of the overall plant.

About Us
Who We Are
We are a licensed and insured lawn care company located in Mobile, Alabama. Started in 1998 by owner, David Ewing, as a source of extra income, David serviced his customers’ yards on the weekend while working his full-time job through the week. In 2006, David decided it was time to take his lawn care business to a full-time company. Since then the company has continued to grow and develop.
Today, David continues to actively participate in servicing his yards with the help of our highly qualified employees. David’s wife, Dianne, actively participates in the administration of the business.
What Makes Us Different from Other Lawn Care Companies?
What sets us apart from other lawn care companies is our continuous, year-round, all-inclusive lawn care service. Rather than charging per service, we set a fixed monthly price based on an agreed upon year-round schedule. We are not a “call us when you need us” service! Our all-inclusive service includes the following:
Cut
Weed-eat
Edge
Blow
Trim hedges as needed
Spray weed-kill in beds and on concrete surfaces (sidewalks, driveways, pavers, etc.)
Installation of pine straw upon request (materials not included)
Our most common schedule is listed below, however, more visits may be recommended depending on the yard.
