Work includes using equipment, maintaining records, and providing top quality work. Work is physically demanding, takes place in both indoor and outdoor conditions and requires the use of heavy equipment and power tools. Position reports to lead Contractor (owner). This is a growth opportunity, with potential to move into a crew foreman position.

We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in renovations and finish work; most desired are tiling, bathroom and kitchen finishing. The applicant must have a valid driver's license and a reliable mode of transportation. This person should take pleasure in a job well done and be dedicated to creating a positive work environment for all employees.
