The front stairs and ramp we added tack strips after the stain-it was redone June 2025. Recent deck, redo for a longtime customer in Millersville wanted to save most of the deck  he had built himself over the past few decades……, had to pour new footers as most were nonexistent- realign the Framing tried to save some of the stair stringers, but in taking things apart that haven’t been sealed and maintenance properly they just fall apart due to the wood structure deterioration…..
