Custom cover porch in Stevensville area owners were tired of standing in the rain to unlock their secondary entrance. Match the A-frame style to the roof- matching shingles, moved light to center soffit ceiling. We installed the return support so they can redo the brick stoop and make it larger and it doesn’t interfere with that new footprint to come…..were going to do other Exterior repairs on this house built decades ago and then painting the whole thing that is not maintenance -free power wash first for A Clean Slate. Finish deck &screen porch project in Severna Park- did lattice repair double coated for the color change redid all the screen panels and deck boards on both levels-screen trims & stain in custom color and selected by the owner- finished up last week. They were very excited and happy. The wife said she’s been using her screen porch every day. Call us for your custom repair project. It doesn’t cost as much as you think -they initially wanted to tear the whole thing down, we save this solid construction effort that was built in the 80s and redid it to the customer satisfaction. Large scale deck & screen porch project we started the beginning of June in Severna Park-Owner originally wanted to remove the whole thing but it was well built and covered in a dark tone brown stain-so we did a lot of replacement for bad wood on the surface but the understructure and frame was in pretty good shape- after repairs -we power washed and stained a lighter tone of their choice in SW Super Deck-rescreened it-owners are very happy

Window and siding repairs in Gambrills -grill melted siding and the linear PVC trim around the window-added house wrap and was able to replace the siding it in matching color & style as close as possible, even though it was over 20 years old. Had to fix the back deck stairs-whoever built it didn’t support it correctly so we raised up and put structural support under for proper structural integrity-gonna follow up to power wash and paint as there’s a family party coming up at the end of July. The front stairs and ramp we added tack strips after the stain-it was redone June 2025.
