This customer upgraded their building with a full hidden-fastener metal roof replacement, a major step toward eliminating leaks and ongoing maintenance.

We also added rear overhangs to match the front for better water control, installed new gutters and downspouts, and brought more natural light into the building with polycarbonate wall panels.

We recently completed a wash bay renovation for the Clackamas County Road Department.

Scope of work included a full v***r barrier installation, insulation repairs, reframing a large wall opening, and installing new interior metal wall panels and trim.

Wash bays are high-moisture environments. Without proper v***r control and interior protection, condensation can lead to corrosion, insulation failure, and long-term structural damage.

The result is improved moisture protection and a durable, washable surface designed for long-term performance in a high-use environment.
