Tonight we may have a light frost in far Northern and Northwest New Jersey. Bring in any tender houseplants that may still be outside. Larger areas such as planting beds can be protected with plastic sheeting held in place with small stones or sod staples. Remove plastic in the morning to avoid cooking your plants in the sun.
