We installed 4” White Oak select in our clients new home expansion, we used a double glue down with black rubber install method. This ensure minimal squeaks and noise transfer to the rooms below, while also providing warmth and added insulation. We finished with Loba EasyFinish, applying two layers of whitening pigment to enhance the natural beauty of the white oak flooring.

Our client had a water leak in her kitchen, we assessed the damaged and worked with the insurance company to replace her floor. We prepped the concrete with PU-280 and installed a beautiful new engineered plank by Legacy flooring

We made sure to apply a mix of water and denatured alcohol on this floor prior to sealer application. This is Bamboo and is susceptible to grain raise, water popping and buffing down with a purple pad ensures a picture perfect 👌🏼 finish.
