I forgot to post this. Frank had asked be to paint his bathroom and do a few other small repairs. I must say, it was nice to not have to work in 100⁰ heat.

Dave and Leslie asked to to fix up the landing and stairs to their deck. I didn't take a 'before' picture, but the wood was old and rotting. They decided to go with a composite decking for the longevity.

After doing some work in her kitchen a few years ago, Peggy asked me to come update her guest bathroom. There are still a few more things to do, but we started with new flooring, new toilet, and new towel holders.
