The exterior was designed to architecturally match the existing primary residence. We are proud to present to you one of our recent projects!
This was a full gut renovation of a 3,200 SF home in Terravita in N. Scottsdale. Clients, Don & Sherry, closed on the home in February, handed us the key, and we went to work to bring this 1995 Santa Barbara Tuscan-style home into the modern era of 2023! We removed all of the arches, soffits, created a walk-in pantry, and expanded the master bathroom. What do you think?!

The City of Phoenix has now made it legal for many to build a guest house / casita in the backyard! Previously, only certain zoning would allow for a guest house with a full kitchen.

"The size of these units would be restricted to 75% of the primary dwelling, but not to exceed 1,000 square feet if on a lot up to 10,000 square feet in net area. If a lot is larger than 10,000 square feet in net area, the ADU could be up to 3,000 square feet, according to city documents." Read full article below.
