Dingey’s Lawn Services & Landscaping is currently hiring dependable team members for the upcoming season.

Open Positions:
• 2 Landscape Laborers
• 2 Mowing Laborers
• 1 Mowing Crew Lead / Truck Driver

Pay Range:
• Mowing Laborers: $14–$17/hr based on experience
• Landscape Laborers: $14–$17/hr based on experience
• Mowing Crew Lead / Truck Driver: $15–$18/hr based on experience

Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable and ready to work

Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right people.

NOW HIRING – SNOW REMOVAL TECHNICIAN (CAMBRIDGE, OH AREA)

Dingey’s Lawn Services, LLC is looking to add a reliable Snow Removal Technician to our winter team. If you have experience with snow plowing or ice management and take pride in dependable, quality work, we want to talk to you.

Position: Snow Removal Technician
Type: Seasonal / On-call (with potential for continued work in our landscape/mowing division)
Location: Cambridge, OH and surrounding areas

Compensation:
• $20–$25 per hour, based on experience and reliability

Responsibilities:
• Operate a pickup truck with plow for commercial and residential accounts
• Apply salt/ice melt to sidewalks and parking lots
• Shovel and use small equipment as needed
• Respond promptly when snow events occur (early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed)
• Follow routes, safety procedures, and company standards

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous snow removal and/or equipment operating experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Dependable and punctual, with strong work ethic
• Able to work outdoors in tough winter conditions
• Able to follow directions and work independently or with a small crew
• Strong commitment to safety and property care
